"I have been a customer with this agency for a couple of years and, until recently, I consistently received excellent service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing due to communication issues and difficulty reaching my agent, Austin.

Today, I called at 12:13 p.m. and spoke with Whitney, who informed me that Austin was assisting another customer and would return my call. By 4:45 p.m., I still had not received a callback. I then attempted to contact the office multiple times through the main number but was repeatedly directed to voicemail.

After calling a secondary office number, Patrick answered immediately and initially advised that Austin was available. However, after placing me on hold, he returned and stated Austin was on another call. I agreed to continue holding, but the call was ultimately transferred without an answer. I called back twice afterward and again received no response. While writing this review, I received a callback from the office, but the call was disconnected immediately.

I typically do not leave negative reviews, especially because my prior experiences with this agency had been positive. However, I encountered similar communication issues last month while updating my vehicle information and chose not to mention it at the time. I hope this feedback helps improve responsiveness and customer communication moving forward."
